Kevin, Jana, Sheridan, Teriesa, and Nathan's Web Page
Welcome to our home page! We're glad to have you visit. Hopefully this page is not too bad, and if you have any suggestions, our e-mail address is at the bottom -- we'd love to hear from you!
Anyway, a little about Kevin. he's from Vancouver,
Washington (right across the river from Portland, Oregon). Kevin received his degree in English
with a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University in 1999.
Some
things Kevin just can't seem to pull himself away from are:
He'd really rather be outdoors than just about anything else, which is good, because Jana has no problem whatsoever being his designated camping companion. Give him a free weekend and a weak excuse, and he'll drive all over kingdom come to go camping.
Kevin spent two years of his life serving a mission for the LDS Church in Recife, Brazil, which is in the northeast corner of the country (click here to see the Recife, Brazil temple). It was a very hot two years, but the experience was worth it. He met some very special people and was able to help them get to know the church. Hopefully
we'll get back there in few years - this time as "normal" tourists! (But really, are tourists normal?) Just look how beautiful it is
there! Click here to see more about the Recife Brazil mission.
As for Jana, well, she's definitely the talented one in the family. She's from Glenwood, Alberta, Canada--near Cardston (click here to see the Cardston, Alberta LDS temple). Because of this, her competitive side prevents her from admitting she's cold, even when it's 50 degrees colder than any other person could handle. Jana graduated from Brigham Young University in August 2001 in Recreation. Her dream is to open her own clinic to help youth at risk--especially in learning to come to terms with and overcome their personal problems.
Jana is multi-talented--especially in music. She sang for over one year in the former Mormon Youth Chorus, now a training group for the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. The group performed many concerts, including a tour to southern Utah, San Diego, and Los Angeles. She also plays the piano, flute, harp, and is learning the guitar. She's so incredibly gifted at so many things, it's hard for her husband to keep up.
Jana is a full-time mom and loves every second she has with her wonderful children. She also has a brother is currently serving an LDS mission in Texas, Fort Worth.
Well, we're glad you could visit. As we said before, any suggestions or criticisms are very much appreciated. Have a GREAT day! Life is too short not to!
